1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern all orders placed through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them without reservation.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this website are laboratory reagents intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. They are not medicines, food, food supplements, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, administration, consumption or application of any kind.

By ordering, you represent and warrant that:

• you are purchasing the products solely for legitimate research purposes;
• you (or your organisation) have the qualifications, training and facilities required to handle laboratory reagents safely;
• you will not use the products for human or animal administration, nor resell them for such use;
• you are at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

3. Products and specifications

Product specifications (purity, mass, composition, analytical data) are stated on each product page and in the corresponding certificate of analysis. Slight batch-to-batch variations within the stated specification ranges may occur. Products must be stored according to the storage instructions provided; we cannot accept responsibility for degradation caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

4. Orders and prices

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs which are shown before payment. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation has been issued. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to limit order quantities.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout (bank transfer / instant bank payment). For bank transfers, the order number must be used as the payment reference; orders are prepared once the transfer is received. Orders unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled.

6. Shipping and delivery

See the shipping policy page for carriers, delivery times and destinations. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Please report transport damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Returns and cancellations

Because our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive laboratory reagents, they cannot be returned once shipped, except where the products are defective or do not conform to their specification. Non-conforming products will be replaced or refunded after verification. Statutory withdrawal rights, where applicable, do not apply to goods that deteriorate rapidly or that cannot be resealed for hygiene or safety reasons once unsealed.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. We accept no liability for any use of the products contrary to these terms, including any use involving administration to humans or animals. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of section 2.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, product data, logos) is protected and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the seller's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts.
